he Databio Consortium is glad to invite you to join the Databio final stakeholder event “FROM FIELD TO FORK”, which will take place the next 12nd of December 2019 in the inner-city Bari, Italy.
DataBio is the largest H2020 project working on Big Data and Bioeconomy to improve bioeconomy, supporting the development and delivery of novel services and technologies in Agriculture, Fishery and Forestry. DataBio is a lighthouse project driven by the development, use and evaluation of 26 pilots covering agriculture (13), forestry (7) and fishery (6). The pilots aim to contribute to the production of the best possible raw materials from the 3 sectors to improve the output of food, energy and biomaterials, responsibly and sustainably.
The event is organized by CiaoTech PNO in collaboration with Gambero Rosso, and sponsored by other EU projects in the bioeconomy domain, e.g. DEMETER, KARMA2020, BIOPEN.
The main goal of the DataBio workshop is to show you, and other stakeholders, the project big picture and main results to enable you to understand how the project’s solutions can affect your activities, and potentially be deployed in the bioeconomy. The DataBio Consortium will be glad to welcome you also to interactive sections, aimed to collect your feedbacks and improve mutual communication and understanding amongst you, other stakeholders and EU projects, and the Consortium as well.
